A Life Defined by Curiosity

Dub is an innovative and adaptable businessman and scientist with extensive professional experience on every continent. He excels in conceptual planning, strategic development, and creating practical solutions to complex challenges. He has worked closely with numerous foreign heads of state, including presidents and senior government ministers, to develop and draft natural gas legislation designed to encourage industry growth and attract foreign investment.

As a Fulbright Scholar specializing in global natural gas legislation and regulation, Dub is recognized as an expert in the industry. He also has extensive experience exploring for economically valuable minerals, including uranium, lead-zinc, gold, titanium, lithium brines, diamonds, sapphires, and other precious stones.

 

Dub is an experienced archaeologist with more than 200 peer-reviewed publications in professional journals. He has conducted archaeological excavations in Texas, New Mexico, Virginia, Nevada, California, Israel, the Republic of South Africa, and Kenya.

Throughout his career, Dub has worked with cultures and archaeological periods spanning the Early Paleolithic (ca. 1.0–1.5 Ma), Middle Stone Age (ca. 450–600 Ka), Paleoindian period (ca. 18,000–10,000 B.P.), Early, Middle, and Late Archaic periods (ca. 10,000 B.P.–700 A.D.), and Late Prehistoric period (ca. 700–1600 A.D.).

Dub also has extensive experience with a wide range of analytical tools and techniques. These include binocular and polarized-light microscopy, reflected-light ore microscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, electron microprobe analysis, transmission electron microscopy, and X-ray fluorescence (XRF) analysis.
